3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staff unavailability).

  • Customers must provide accurate information during booking.

  • Access to the service location and any relevant instructions must be clearly communicated.
